## How the contract works
The office signs one contract for one year, or for a few years. It is priced for the office as a whole, not by the seat. Pick one module or all four. Add more when you need them. We send a fee schedule your committee or board can read.

## Data on its own line
Market data, factor data and benchmarks cost money to bring in. The contract lists them on their own line. They are billed at their cost plus a set margin. So you always see what you pay for data. A busy year for data never hides inside the main price.

## AI use is part of the price
AI use is in your plan, up to a set amount each month for the whole office. Everyone in the office shares it. You get a note when the office gets close. Your office chooses if AI use past that amount goes on. If you say no, AI work stops until the next month. Use you do not need does not carry over.
